Scheduling Basics
Personal Training is provided through consistent dedication to you and your health.
Therefore it is recommended to be completed on a routine basis. This consistency can be determined during the your first free session. ​
Time commitment is usually between 30- 60 minutes, on a weekly basis. ​
Additional Supports include Individualized Home Workouts and Challenge Boosts.

Personal Training
Personal Training is the most effective way to consistently support your transition into a fit and well life. It's adaptable and flexible depending on what your body needs. Training at this time is primarily provided through a live, online format. In- person options may be available upon request.
Home Programming
with Consultation-Based Services
If you have been consistent with your fitness routine, but feel as though you have plateaued. A consultation-based training program might be right for you. This offers a less consistent meeting time, but more accountability on yourself to complete the home-programming between sessions.

Home programming is a great option for all clients. These are provided through pre-recorded video sessions or written workout plans for you to follow. All home programming is unique for you, no one plan is the same as another.
Online Workouts and Challenges
Online Workouts are a great option if you are looking for a workout plan to follow along with.
